A 3rd generation Toyota Camry may just be a step closer to getting you where you want to go.
Com.au understands that Toyota Australia has been granted an easement to lease the iconic car from Holden.
The car was first revealed in the May 2018 issue of Motor Australia magazine.
The Australian Auto Industry Association (AAIA) has been contacted for comment.
3rd-gen Toyota Camrys could soon be on the road in AustraliaThe car will be available in two colours, blue and red.
“Toyota has been a global leader in vehicles for more than 60 years and its continued success has enabled us to create a broad portfolio of vehicles to complement our global footprint,” Toyota Australia chief executive officer Chris Koeppe said.
It will be up to the local community to decide which model they want to own.
Toyota’s 3rd Gen Camry, unveiled in 2018, has been sold to nearly 100 countries.
As of 2018, the car was valued at $1.3 billion.
