California is in talks with the owners of a large office building on the edge of downtown Los Angeles to make a long-term lease of the site.
The property is at the corner of California Avenue and West Santa Monica Boulevard in downtown Los Angelos.
It’s one of three downtown buildings that have gone into receivership since last year.
The owners were the developers of the former Paramount building at 10th Street and Hollywood Boulevard in Hollywood.
The developers said in a news release they’ve decided to explore options for the property.
